Know exactly where your leads come from.

TraceSig connects each website lead to the source, campaign, ad, and landing page that brought them in, then sends that context to your existing CRM or Marketing/Sales tools, so you can see what is actually generating leads and double down on it.

Why attribution breaks

The CRM sees the form submission, not the journey that created it.

Prospects click an ad, browse, leave, return, and eventually book a demo. By then, the source and campaign behind the first visit may no longer be attached to the lead.

01

Returning visitors look direct

A prospect can click an ad, leave, and return days later. The CRM may record only the final direct visit.

02

UTMs disappear before the form

Campaign parameters can be lost when visitors browse other pages or return on a later visit.

03

Campaign detail stops at the click

The ad platform knows the campaign and creative, but those details often never reach the CRM record.

Before and after

See the lead’s real origin, not just its final visit.

A form submission tells you who converted. TraceSig adds the source, campaign, and journey context that explains how they got there.

Returning visitors

Before TraceSig

Someone clicks an ad, leaves, and submits the form two days later. The lead may appear as Direct.

After TraceSig

The lead keeps the original source that first brought the visitor to your website.

Campaign detail

Before TraceSig

You may know the lead came from paid social or Facebook, but not which campaign or ad created it.

After TraceSig

Campaign, source, medium, content, and supported click IDs can reach the CRM with the lead.

Journey context

Before TraceSig

You see the page where the form was submitted, but not what the visitor explored before converting.

After TraceSig

The CRM can receive the original landing page, referrer, submission page, and time to conversion.

Existing UTM fields

Before TraceSig

Hidden UTM fields work when the parameters are still in the submission URL. Moving between pages can leave them blank.

After TraceSig

TraceSig preserves the acquisition context across the visit and adds it when a supported form is submitted.

A lightweight attribution layer

From first visit to CRM in three steps.

Your form remains the conversion point. Your CRM remains the system of record.

  1. 01

    Add the website script

Install one lightweight script directly on the site or through a tag manager.

  2. 02

    Preserve acquisition context

Recognize campaign parameters, referrers, and landing-page information during the visitor journey.

  3. 03

    Submit it with the form

Populate hidden fields so the form's existing integration carries the values into the destination.

What reaches your CRM

Give every lead the context behind the conversion.

Source, campaign, landing-page, and conversion context arrive alongside the lead. Your team can then compare campaigns using qualified leads and opportunities, not only clicks and form counts.

Built around your existing stack

Add attribution context without replacing your CRM.

TraceSig preserves acquisition context in the visitor's browser and submits it through a supported form workflow. The lead continues to flow into the tools your team already uses.

Clear product boundaries

  • Your CRM remains the system of record
  • TraceSig is not a multi-touch reporting dashboard
  • Native lead forms that bypass your website require a separate integration

Common questions

Know where it fits before you install anything.

Does TraceSig replace our CRM or analytics tools?

No. It is designed to add useful acquisition fields to form submissions so the data can reach the CRM, spreadsheet, or automation workflow you already use.

Our form already captures UTMs. Why would we need this?

Native UTM fields may be enough when someone submits a form immediately from the URL containing those parameters. But if the visitor moves to another page, returns later, or comes back after a few days, those UTMs may no longer be present when the form is submitted. TraceSig preserves the original acquisition context in a first-party cookie in the visitor's browser and attaches it to the supported form submission, so your CRM can still show where that lead originally came from.

Does it include an attribution dashboard?

Not initially. Your CRM remains the system of record. TraceSig's job is to make acquisition data available alongside the lead so your existing reports can use it.

Will it work with our form and CRM?

Yes. In most cases, TraceSig can work with your existing form and CRM workflow. Current options include Typeform, Gravity Forms, and Jotform, with more integrations planned. Book a demo and we will review your exact setup. If part of your stack is not supported yet, we can explore the required integration with you.

Does it work with native Meta or LinkedIn lead forms?

Not through the website script because the prospect never visits your site before submitting. Those flows require a separate platform integration.

Can an agency use it across several clients?

Yes, absolutely. TraceSig supports multi-site agency rollouts and can be delivered as a white-labeled attribution service. Each client can keep using their own website, form, and CRM while receiving a consistent set of acquisition fields. Book a demo so we can review your client stack and plan the rollout.
